This second edition of the new public meeting format initiated by the municipality took place on October 25th at the F. Mitterrand cultural center in the presence of nearly 120 people.

After a presentation by sociologist Boris TERRUEL to discuss security issues and feelings of insecurity by placing these problems in the historical context of our society, a presentation of the results of the survey among Boétiens was made by the director general of services of the town hall.

A big thank you to all those who responded. More than 200 responses, that's more than all the consultations conducted in recent years. Proof, if proof were needed, that the subject interests you.

The comments of Commander Lionel FOSSIER of the national police confirmed this information and helped to better raise awareness of the role of the police-population cohesion delegate. He holds office hours twice a week in the municipality.

Many of you spoke during this public debate, proposals and requests were formalized, and they will need to be followed up. It is in this sense that the mayor, Pascale LUGUET, concluded this evening by indicating that from the first quarter of 2024, meetings would be organized by neighborhood to discuss solutions to the problems raised, particularly with regard to road safety.
